Booking Conditions

By paying your deposit you are agreeing to the following conditions:


All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are valid the date the quote is issued.  They are subject to change, fluctuation or withdrawal without notice by airlines and/or travel operators.

Please note bookings will not be processed until payment is received.   Please take note of payment dates and deadlines, as pricing may increase or a booking can cancel if payment is missed. Once final payment has been received, your price is locked in and guaranteed.

Please scan and email a copy of your passport so we can ensure your booking/reservations are as per your passport (middle names included), and hold a minimum of 6 months validity from your ‘return’ date, otherwise you may be subject to change/reissue fees and service fees as incurred from the airline or tour operator.

Sometimes a minimum non-refundable commitment deposit of $250.00 per person (that will go towards your package price) is required for international tailor made itineraries/packages at time of enquiry.

We strongly recommend travel insurance is purchased at time of deposit to protect you against non-refundable cancellation fees due to unforeseen circumstances.

Date/time changes/re-routing, or upgrades after ticketing require 24 hours notice and are subject to seat availability. They may also be subject to airfare difference, tax increases and change fees from the airline.

Documents are non-transferrable to another name and/or traveller.

Cancellation/no shows will incur fees up to 100% travel package penalty.

Please advise us of any medical or dietary requirements that may affect your booking so we can make your holiday as pleasant as possible for you.  Any special seating or meal preferences may be requested, however they cannot be guaranteed.

Hotels require a credit card to guarantee their reservations and Thomas Travel recommends a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation/amendment to avoid penalties.

Due to immigration laws, if a return flight ticket is not presented at time of check-in for an international departure from Australia, this will be classified as one-way travel.  This may lead to the need for a visa to enter the country of destination, or result in denied boarding.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have packed according to the correct luggage regulations and check-in a minimum of 1 hour prior for domestic and 3 hours for international flights.

While every care has been taken in finalising your itinerary and documents, we recommend you check them carefully prior to departure to ensure all is in order.  We also recommend a copy of your e-ticket is printed and carried for each check-in.

It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure they have the relevant visa if required for the countries they are visiting.

Airlines can at their discretion cancel or reschedule flights and unfortunately we have no control over this

Thomas Travel acts as ‘an intermediary’ between yourselves and the operators of these products and as such is not responsible for the non-performance or supply of these products. Whilst we endeavor to confirm all arrangements are true to their description we can only pass on the information as supplied to us by the operator/supplier  – and do so in good faith.
